Shipping & Delivery Policy:

  • Sales Guru Shop handles, and ships, all On-hand Inventory within 24 hours of receiving payment for the order.
  • The shipping of On-hand Inventory is usually provided by USPS and may include Free First Class Mail or upgrades to faster services, when available, and made discoverable in the checkout process. Shipping to HI, AK and APOs cost extra and is calculated in the checkout process. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • All non-On-hand Inventory items are processed with our vendor within 1 business day of receiving payment for the order. However the handling, and shipping methods, can vary for each vendor. If you are curious if this is On-hand or not, or have other concerns with shipping, then please reach out to our Customer Support Team and we will be glad to address the issue.
  • Sales Guru Shop tries its best to offer free shipping on all items. However due to the nature of some of our products (size and weight), or our often razor thin profit margins, we cannot always offer this service. Occasionally there are unavoidable shipping fees that may require us to apply the additional shipping in either the price of the item or in the checkout process. 
  • Additionally we do not ship to HI, AK or APOs without shipping charges that reflect our cost to deliver the item to those areas.

Combined Shipping:

  • We offer the option to combine shipping on qualifying items, which include most items that are shipped directly from our facility. Items do not qualify if they are not shipped directly from our facility and can only be provided if all the items in your order qualify.
  • Select the “combined shipping” option during checkout to request this service. If there is no option for combined shipping this means you have items in your order that do not qualify. However, if the option to combine shipping is made available due to a glitch, but should not have been available, we reserve the right to revise this option or its availability as needed.
  • If the shipping cost is more than $10, we will charge for that separately with an electronic invoice and a custom shipping quote sent to your email. The order will not ship until the full shipping charge is paid in full. The invoice can be paid using your debit or credit card. If you receive the invoice and are not satisfied with the price, the order can be cancelled (or modified) and a full refund will be provided for the items cancelled.

Pickup/Local Delivery

We offer free pickup from one of our Denver locations or local delivery.

Free Pickup

  • Free  pickup allows you to reduce shipping costs by picking up your order from one of our Denver locations in person.
  • Select the “Free Pickup” option during checkout to request this service. If there is no option for free pickup this means you have items in your order that do not qualify. However, if the option to pickup from one of our Denver locations is made available due to a glitch, but should not have been available, we reserve the right to revise this option or its availability as needed.
  • After you have made a purchase and selected “Local Pickup” during checkout, we will contact you through the email you provided to schedule a time and location for you to pick up your order.
  • For your protection, only the person named on the credit card used to make this order can pick it up. Please bring the credit card and photo ID with you to the pick-up location.

Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery on qualifying items. We will charge this fee separately with an electronic invoice and a custom delivery quote sent to your email provided. The order will not be delivered until the full delivery fee is paid in full. The invoice can be paid using your debit or credit card. If you receive the invoice and are not satisfied with the price, the order can be modified by choosing a different option for shipping/pickup or cancelled and a full refund will be provided for the items cancelled.
  • Please contact or Customer Support Team if you would like a delivery quote and timeline prior to purchase.
  • Select the “Local Delivery” option during checkout to request this service. If there is no option for local deliver this means you have items in your order that do not qualify. However, if the option to have your order delivered from one of our Denver locations is made available due to a glitch, but should not have been available, we reserve the right to revise this option or its availability as needed.
